Author– Reeta Kumari, Dr. Ashish Kumar Sinha and Dr. Mahua Banerjee

Abstract

With invent of new technologies the world is becoming complex and competitive requiring rapid changes. The impact is there in software industry also. Software products with new features need to be introduced on the market with the same pace as the changing demands. Two methodologies namely Software Product Lines (SPLs) & Dynamic Software Product Lines (DSPLs) have been emerged to fulfill the needs. Both have their own features, advantages & disadvantages. This paper describes a comparative study of SPLs & their features, strengths & limitations along with DSPLs. Various tools to develop DSPLs are also discussed.

Title– PRIVACY-PRESERVING OF ELECTRICITY DATA BASED ON GROUP SIGNATURE AND HOMOMORPHIC ENCRYPTION

Author– MING AI and HAIQING LIU

Abstract

Smart grid is a highly integrated power system, which combines modern advanced information communication, sensor measurement and automatic control technology, including a large number of smart devices, with the advantages of reliability, reliability, safety and self-healing, providing a great service. However, when collecting, processing, and transmitting large amounts of data, devices such as smart dashboards in the network face the problem of discovering user-specific issues. In order to solve this problem, a scheme based on improved group signature and homomorphic encryption is proposed here. The improved group signature is used to determine the public and private keys of the smart meter and the signature of the electricity consumption data, and the homomorphic encryption is used for the electricity consumption. Data is encrypted and aggregated. In the end, the electricity consumption data is always in cipher text during the data transmission process. The forward-secure group signature scheme can avoid the harm caused by the interference of the private key, thus realizing the protection effect.

Title– IMPLEMENTATION OF LOCAL AREA NETWORK (LAN) AND BUILD A SECURE LAN SYSTEM FOR ATOMIC ENERGY RESEARCH ESTABLISHMENT (AERE)

Author– Osman Goni

Abstract

We live in age of modern science. Computer Network is the best innovation of Modern science. A local area network (LAN) is a computer network within a small geographical area such as a home, school, computer laboratory, office building or group of buildings. A LAN is composed of inter-connected workstations and personal computers which are each capable of accessing and sharing data and devices, such as printers, scanners and data storage devices, anywhere on the LAN. LANs are characterized by higher communication and data transfer rates and the lack of any need for leased communication lines. A high-quality and correctly dimensioned network infrastructure is essential for all well- functional IT system. A Local Area Network based network can ensure high speed as well as high quality network. To fulfill the current requirements of AERE (Atomic Energy Research Establishment) considering its smooth operation of high-speed internet service, LAN based network is the state-of-the-art network solution. A LAN network design refers to the specialized processes leading to a successful installation and operation of a network which includes determining the type of communication system(s) which will be carried over the network, the geographic layout, the transmission equipment required and the fiber network over which it will operate. The purpose of this Network is to design a Local Area Network (LAN) for AERE (Atomic Energy Research Establishment) and implement security measures to protect network resources and system services. To do so, I will deal with the physical and logical design of a LAN. The goal of this Network is to examine of the Local Area Network set up for AERE and build a secure LAN system.

Title– POWER GRID FAULT PREDICTION METHOD BASED ON FEATURE SELECTION AND CLASSIFICATION ALGORITHM

Author– XIAOYU YANG

Abstract

In order to accurately predict the risk level of power grid with considering weather factors, a fault level prediction method based on Random Forest and Multi-classification Support Vector Machine is proposed. After data preprocessing and fault classification, the relevant meteorological features of distribution network fault are summarized. The features’ weights can be calculated and sorted by using Random Forest algorithm, to obtain the optimal fault feature set, and then the fault level is predicted based on multi classification SVM. Through the analysis of practical examples, the performance of the proposed method is better than that of SVM alone, and the prediction results can provide an effective basis for risk pre control of power grid, which has practical application value.

Title– DATA PUBLICATION BASED ON DIFFERENTIAL PRIVACY IN V2G NETWORK

Author– Xiong LIU and Haiqing LIU

Abstract

Nowadays, the massive amount of data from V2G networks makes many important data mining applications possible and improves the quality of our daily lives. However, data privacy protection in the V2G network has also attracted great attention when data is released to a third party for analysis. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a dynamic data publishing algorithm based on differential privacy. Combined with the idea of data prediction, we propose a combined prediction model to predict the data, adaptively sample according to the prediction error, and then dynamically allocate a privacy budget to the sampling points. , And finally release streaming data that meets w-event-level privacy. We experiment on real data sets. Compared with traditional input data set noise injection methods, the proposed algorithm improves data availability and reduces publishing errors.
